The internet connection here in our house has pretty much failed for the past week. Basically since I got here. It was only today that the innarnet man went here to tweak whatever was wrong with it. My days here in Tabuk have been pleasant. Nostalgia times 10000. I've got to see my friends, we hang around in Karla and Chas' hostel. woo. big time kunwari HAHA. Lai brought pancit and lechon. There were drinks but I already had enough the night before so I decided not too. I love my liver and though the idea sounds rather appealing, I have no plans on having alcohol everyday for two weeks. But I love and I look forward to the company of drunk people who either word vomit or dance. :D I'll be driving anyway. so yes. conversations were nostalgic. kind of. You kind of notice how you repeat the same thing over and over again but it never gets boring. I guess that's how you sustain things. you relive them so they're never forgotten. If it was with other people, it would appear as useless small talk but I believe that's how you distinguish your friends. When it's small talk, you don't really care much for them. But when it's something that's repetitive and that transcends time and makes you see flashbacks, they're keepers.
eww. sobrang cheezy.
so yes. old people (i don't mean the age but you know, old friends and people), food food food, tipsy old friends, and conversations, all in a haze of smoke and the cold air. saktong sakto lang. good job Tabuk weather.
My cousin's birthday the night before was the same thing. Except it started with Russel Crowe's gladiator, then tequila in the middle of a freezing night. malamig talaga okay. and ended with me dealing with a really really bad headache by not letting my brother, Ali and Bin sleep. thank you stupid Bratz movie, yakisoba and hopping christmas bear. I couldn't take the smell of the drink anymore at Andre's. I tried sobering up. after ko isuka (x3) lahat, nakinood ako ng LOTR kay Jep. but the lord of the rings worsened it so I went home, took a shower at nakigulo sa kabilang room where the weird people were staying at nagising ko si Red. I love thee, brotha.
funny. I signed in to blogger with the plan of writing about the state of my movie marathon achievements. I guess sometimes my breaks here back home can be more than just hours spent with the dvd player. lavet.
one good stretch before our hibernation.

we sleep well. we sleep well.
